To find everything profound - that is an inconvenient trait. It makes one strain one's eyes all the time, and in the end one finds more than one might have wished.
I happen to think living life where every moment is rich with meaning and purpose and fate is beautiful and fun and exciting. To see everything as if for the first time...
But I mean, who can muster that kind of constant awareness? We're on auto-pilot so much of the time that we experience only sudden and spontaneous moments of profundity, not a constant state. A contstant stream of awareness! Man. Crazy. It would eventually become normal until something happened that snapped you outta that state too. That would be something.
